All appointments are scheduled by phone. Please submit a request form and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking. If

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your selected therapist will always be confirmed prior to finalizing your booking. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know.
Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price.

Gift certificates or vouchers will be redeemed at full value in the event of a no-show.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding, as our therapists work by appointment only.

Things to Know:

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any required waivers and use the restroom. We want to ensure your full treatment time is preserved.

Your session will begin 5 minutes prior to your massage to allow you privacy to undress and get comfortable in the room.

Not comfortable undressing? No problem. You’re welcome to wear light clothing or shorts during your massage.

Please plan your trip in advance. For free parking, use Waze and enter:

(One-way street. Parking is located between the Hurrah Players building and the fence.) -
Two-hour street parking is also available on Virginia Beach Blvd.
