Requesting an Appointment

Massage Norfolk offers therapeutic massages providing profound rest, and relaxation facilitating a wellness reset.

Things to consider when requesting an appointment:

Our therapists are independent contractors that work by appointment only. 

After you submit a request, We will contact our therapists to confirm availability first and call you next to book your appointment.

Next Steps:​

  • We may need to change the time requested to fill in any gaps.

  • We will need your credit card information to book your appointment.

  • All appointments need a credit card on file, including sessions with vouchers or gift cards.

  • If we haven’t received a call back from you within 24 hours, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.​

Policy:

  • We understand that life happens, please give us a call if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

  • ​You may request to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no early cancellation fee. Anything under 24 may result in a 50% charge.

  • 50% charge for all no-shows and same-day cancellations so we can pay our massage therapist(s).

  • Unfortunately, We do not accept health insurance to pay for services.

Day of your appointment:

  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out waiver, use the restroom, and start on time.

  • Plan your trip on Waze before commuting ( parking lot address: 140 West Wilson Ave. Norfolk, Va 23510)

  • We will wait for you for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled session.

  • Please keep in mind that any minute late will be deducted from the session.

  • Tardiness of 15 minutes or more will result in automatic cancellation and 50% charge.

  • Tips are appreciated!
